You should know by now that working experience is way more valuable than an academic record. Bosses want fresh graduates who can work independently without much supervision. Okay, so you're not an academic person, but there might have been instances where you have joined campus activities. Think of your experiences with your clubs, these experiences helped to sharpen your social and creative skills besides giving you a chance to explore your interests and abilities.

4. Volunteer!
Volunteering is a great way to gain experience while contributing to a worthy cause. Adding volunteer work to your resume is especially helpful if you're just starting out. And even though volunteer skills don't pay the bills, your volunteer experience could be the ticket to your next paycheck.
It also tells employers that you’re an individual who believes in making a change. With your volunteering work, you don't just believe in making a change, you ARE making a change.
5. Hype Yourself with Social Media
If you’re a fresh graduate, you already have the advantage of being born in the digital era. Keep in mind that most bosses are targeting young people as their target audience, so this is your chance to impress them with your social media skills.
Make sure that you maintain a good online presence, keep up a regular blog and well-maintained Instagram or YouTube account. This will come in handy for marketing and business-related job opportunities. If you run a successful social media account with thousands of followers, it is an automatic credibility for you, regardless of your CGPA.
A low CGPA isn’t the end of the world, not in this land of opportunities. As a fresh graduate, use your talents and skills to your advantage. Keep up with your social media accounts. Volunteer or apply for internships to gain experiences that you can't get from school or university.
